The Treetops Suite offered an very nice view with lush greenery all around. Loved relaxing on the porch, sipping tea while enjoying the natural sounds of birds. The bathroom, designed with an outdoor shower, added a unique touch, but the lighting at night made it challenging to enjoy. Room service provided a lovely selection, though breakfast options felt a bit limited after a few days. Staff were consistently polite and accommodating. I encountered issues with the bed being too firm for my liking, and the pillows felt overly bulky. It would have been nicer if more water bottles were included in the room, as I had to repeatedly request additional ones. The location is peaceful, a serene escape from the bustling tourist spots nearby.

Location: the hotel was near an ancient temple that's overgrown with beautiful plants and many bars, restaurants and shops of Ubud which are in walking distance and most other sites. The breakfast was substantial and delicious, the check in was simple.

Ibah offered a amazing experience with its fine grounds and unique design reminiscent of ancient ruins. The infinity pool was a highlight, and the complimentary 50-minute Balinese massage was a lovely addition that enhanced our stay. The food was really good, particularly the Nasi Campur at the restaurant, and breakfast each morning was good with a variety of options. The attentive staff ensured we were well cared for throughout our visit.
There was a minor issue with pre-arranged transport upon arrival.

The ambiance in the room was serene, with its
Decor reflecting Balinese charm. The sound of the nearby river and lush gardens created a tranquil atmosphere. The breakfast options felt slightly limited, a bit disappointing .

This hotel was very different to any hotel we've ever stayed in as the grounds resemble an old temple, with winding walkways, statues and fountains. Our room was big and the balcony overlooking the forest and river below was an added bonus. Free shuttles to and from Ubud were good too.
Our room had humidity patches on the walls and smelt humid too. For a night this wasn't much of a problem though. Despite costing US$ 184 a night the hotel still charges US $12 for breakfast. We were tempted by the spa but with a massage costing around US $80 (Sing$112) it was far more expensive than what you would expect to pay in Asia and way too much for Indonesia.

A really nice hotel. The free afternoon tea was great, and the free return shuttle trips into town (2 minutes away) were very helpful. Great pool area. We stayed in the treetop suites and loved the view.

The lush gardens provided a perfect escape from daily stress.
Breakfast options were limited and often not fully available, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. The staff at breakfast struggled with basic English, made my requests difficult. While the room was spacious, it had an old, musty smell that detracted from my experience.
